The NOW WORD of GOD

Philippians 2;4
‘Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.’

NOW WORD:  Christ our perfect example did not look out for His own interest, but laid His life down for your best interest.  Paul said to the Philippian Church, ‘he had no one like-minded who will sincerely care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things of Christ Jesus.’
The Lord is calling you to seek His Face and not the answers for your own interests.
The Lord is calling you into passion and compassion. Passion to seek His Face and compassion for those around you.
The Lord says to You, ‘I have called you for a higher purpose.  Come seek My Face, Kiss Me, draw near to Me and I will give to you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your possession.  Let My Word flow through you to a dry and a thirsty land and I will cause My blessing to rest on you and I will give you the desires of your heart and meet the needs of your interest.”

My prayer for you is: Father God, I call on You today to come and touch Your child. Draw them deeper into You. Let Your presence be seen in their life. Come Lord God and let the primary thoughts of their heart and mind be on You. Come and consume their thinking and draw them into a deep passion with You. Father God, I ask You to give Your child a genuine burden for the needs of others. Give to Your Child the mind of Christ. Father, I thank You now that You will come and bring life to Your child and meet their needs. I thank You that according to Your Word, You will never break Your covenant and promise to them. According to Your Word, let the river flow. Let Your River flow into Your child and through Your child. Cause their own garden (Life) to blossom and be blessed as they stretch out to meet the needs of others.  Thank You Father God that Jesus Christ is our perfect example. Amen

Please pray this over yourself: Father God, I call on You today to come and touch me. You know my heart, and You see my deepest thoughts. Come Lord God and work in me and change me into Your image and likeness. Make me more Like Jesus. Father I desire to do Your will, not my will be done, but Your will be done. Work in me and through me. Cause me to be a blessing others. There are so many people hurting, show Mercy through me. Please Lord God, give to me the Mind of Christ and may my actions be pleasing and acceptable to You. I love You and I will do Your will. Amen

Count your blessings:

Give thanks and count your blessings.

Example:
1.    I am alive.

2.    I am blessed because I breathe.
3.    I live in a free country.
4.    I have clothing on my back and have been fed good food.
5.    I have an education.
6.    I have a hope and a dream.
7.    I have a future.

Now carry on and write down other things that you consider to be particularly precious to you.
You will be amazed to see how blessed you are when you bring your life into this positive perspective.
This is a simple but highly rewarding exercise.
If we do this with a sincere heart and give God the praise for each and every blessing in our pot, you will delight at the result.  God will then cause his blessing and rain to fall upon us. (Zech 14:17).
Give God the glory and you will be amazed at the increase in your blessing and even at your capacity to hold blessing.
Ask God to help you change the old mindset and increase your ability to grasp, to see, believe and hold onto the blessings of today.
Following this exercise, a greater blessing is only as far away as your next decision.
Allow a power energy thought to flow through you – you have heard it said that you are what you eat, well you are also what you think and what you decide.
So make choices that will positively impact on your destiny.  (Phil. 4:13)

Decision-making is an inescapable task in life and cannot be avoided.
If you do not make decisions, then decisions will make you.
If you are going to make quality decisions that will produce quality, positive results,
then these guidelines will help:
1.    Watch your words – before you speak.

2.    Prepare yourself – before you speak.

3.    Have a systematic approach to all decisions.

4.    Focus on important decisions.

5.    Watch out for the tyranny of time.

6.    Be aware of the consequences of your decisions.

7.    Do not become a victim of analysis paralysis.
Base decisions on facts, inner convictions and core biblical values.

8.    Be bold.
▪   Learn from any mistakes you make.

9.    Be creative in decision-making.

10. Once a decision is made, move forward.

Remember the power of the tongue.
God’s Word says that His Word is the light to your path and the lamp to your feet. Live by His Word and you can live in your destiny today and know that by the power of a positive decision, a positive action is formed; through repetition of positive actions, positive habits are created; when you have positive habits, a positive character will be formed and a positive character will lead you into your destiny which you have entrusted to God.
